2 sirloin tips, 1/2" thick or sirloin tip roast, cut up
1 onion
1/4 c lemon juice
1/4 c soy sauce
1/4 c vegetable oil
1/4 t curry powder
2 T coriander seed, ground
1/2 T grated ginger root (keep frozen for grating)

Marinate for 30 minutes. Put meat on skewers with mushroom, onions and green pepper. Grill until done.
