3 to 4 potatoes
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 cup butter
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes and cut into strips as for french fries. Rinse in cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Mix all ingredients except butter and toss potatoes in this mixture. Melt butter in 9 x 13 pan. Add potatoes.

Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Turn occasionally.
