3 large potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
4 chopped green onions
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes in skins about 20 minutes, or until tender. Cool, peel and chop. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon into a 1 1/2 qt. casserole.

Bake at 325 degrees for about an hour. If desired, sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs before baking.
