8 chicken breasts
1 pt. mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (16 ox.) container sour cream
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken breasts about 30 minutes until tender. Let chicken cool; chop into bit-size chunks. Using a 3 qt. baking dish, layer the mushrooms, cut up. Layer again with chicken and mushrooms. Mix soup (undiluted) and sour cream together.; pour over casserole.

Prepare chicken stuffing according to directions on bag. Spoon mixture all over the casserole. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
