1 1/2 lbs. halibut cheeks or steaks
1/2 cup lowfat yogurt
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. tarragon
3/4 cup mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place halibut in 8x8 inch baking pan. Mix all other ingredients together and spread over halibut. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, or u;until fish flakes when tested with a fork. Serve with steamed carrots and cold pasta salad.
