2-cans cream corn
1/2 cup milk
1 roll of cracker, crushed
1/2 tsp.salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Grease the baking dish with butter. Open the canned creamed corn and empty in to the baking dish. Add milk, salt, pepper and come cracks. Mix and add the rest of the crackers on top, Dot with the butter and bake in 350 degree oven until browned and heated about 34 minutes.

This was a dish mother would make for the men when they would be taking the crops off. (Thashing Crew as we called them) Remember she would make this with the fresh, young fryers and use about 10 chickens we would kill and clean for a meal. That was the best and it is very hard to make that taste the same as Mother's.
