1 lb. ground chuck
1 lb. sausage
1 med. loaf french bread
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 small onion, diced
3 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground chuck, sausage, and onion together. Drain off grease. In a large bowl, beat eggs. Cut loaf of bread in half lengthwise and remove bread from inside (leaving only the shell) Tear bread into pieces and add to beaten eggs. Mix well. Add meat mixture and mix well. Add in mozzarella cheese and mix well. Take meat mixture and put into bread shell. Place two halves together. Wrap loaf in foil and bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
