3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 cups almonds or pecans
3 T. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Put nuts, sugar and cinnamon in nut roaster pan. Stir to mix. Combine water and vanilla. Pour over nuts. Heat to medium high. Stir slowly and continuously until nuts are evenly coated and liquid is evaporated. When stir handle becomes harder to turn, the nuts are done. Remove pan from burner. Quickly sprinkle 1 tsp. water over nuts. Stir to evenly coat. Pour onto wax paper to cool.
