3 eggs
1/2 c sugar
1/4 t salt
2 c milk
vanilla
cinnamon or nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in deep mixing bowl and beat until sugar is dissolved. Pour into unbaked pie shell and sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350 in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until custard is set. Let cool before slicing.
