1 (about 1 1/4 lb.) pkg. fresh ground turkey
1/3 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1 egg
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. oil
Oriental sauce
2 stalks celery, cut diagonally in 1/4 inch slices
1 medium onion, cut in thin rings
1 medium green pepper, cut in 3/4 inch pieces
2 tomatoes, cut in eighths

Oriental Sauce:

1 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
Dash of white pepper

Directions:

Mix first 4 ingredients. Form into 4 to 6 patties, each about 3/4 inch thick. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Saute burgers 3 minutes on each side until browned. Mix Oriental Sauce and pour over burgers; bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat. Add celery, onion and pepper. Simmer, covered 6 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Add tomatoes; simmer 2 to 3 minutes, until meat is no longer pink.
