1 2lb package of hash brown potatoes
1 stick butter (melted)
onion to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt sour cream
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic salt
8 oz Cheddar Cheese, grated

1/2 stick butter (melted)
4-5 c. crushed corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Partially thaw the potatoes and mix with all the first 8 ingredients. Put into greased 9 x 13 pan.

Topping:
1/2 stick butter & corn flakes
Mix and sprinkle over the potatoe mixture. Bake at 350º until golden brown. Usually 1 hour is enough. This can be fozen either before or after baking for use at a later time. Expecially great to reheat in the microwave.
