1/4 cup oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tsp. parsley
1/8 tsp. pepper

Other Ingredients:

1 flank steak (to be grilled)
4 onions, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
2 tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/8 salt
2 tsp. brown sugar

Marinate steak for 2 hours at room temperature. In the meantime, over low heat, saute the onions, green pepper, paprika, and salt in the melted butter for 20 minutes. Add the brown sugar and pour mixture over the grilled flank steak.
