2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. butter
1 pt. cream corn (2 cups)
8 oz sour cream (1 cup)
8 oz pkg corn muffin mix

Directions:

Mix all well put into 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 325º for 35 min.

I usually double this recipe for holidays and bake 45 to 60 min.
