7 lb. Beef Brisket
3/4 C Water

Sauce:
3 C. Catsup
1/2 can of Beer
3/4 C. Worchestershire
3/4 C. Cider Vinegar
3/4 C. Brown Sugar
1 1/4 TBSP. Salt
2 cloves minced Garlic
Dash of Cayenne Pepper

Directions:
Put 7 lb. beef brisket on rack in pan- add 3/4 C water to pan, cover tightly with tin foil. Cook at 200 degrees for about 5-6 hours. Cut on a diagonal so meat falls apart. Heat in sauce (below) and serve on buns

Mix ingredients listed above for sauce in a saucepan. Bring to a boil then simmer for 20 minutes. (Stir with a wooden spoon)
