2 large cans of pork & beans - drain don't wash
2/3 of a box of brown sugar
dump of molasses
2 tsp. dry mustard powder
salt & pepper
1 sm. onion chopped
1 tsp. lemon peel-grated
3 or 4 bacon strips- uncooked

Directions:
Directions:
Put pork & beans in pot, add brown sugar, molasses, mustard powder, salt & pepper, sm. onion, and lemon peel. Chop bacon and put on top. Bake at 325 for 1 hr.
