2 lbs. hamburger
1 egg-whole
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chopped bell pepper
1/2 stalk celery-chopped fine
sprinkle salt
12 small soda crackers crumbled
1/3 can of small can of tomato sauce
1/3 can water

1. Mix together.
2. Shape into loaf.
3. Pour remaining tomato sauce over top,
bake @ 325 for 1 hr. 45 min. to 2 hrs. without lid.
