2 lbs ground beef
1-1/2 cups tomato juice
1-1/2 cups rolled oats
2 eggs
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Glaze:
Ketchup
Mustard
Brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 12-cup muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, tomato juice, rolled oats, eggs, chopped onion, salt, and pepper. Divide mixture evenly into 12 balls, and place balls into the muffin cups. Bake for 40 minutes.
To make glaze, mix ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar until smooth.
Coat meatloafies with glaze, and bake for 10 more minutes.
