1 can Eagle Brand Milk
4 egg yolks
4 oz Key Lime Juice
(Key West - buy at Rice)
Cool Whip or whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Blend yolks and milk - slowly add Key Lime Juice and blend well.

Pour into graham cracker crust and bake 8 minutes at 350.

Cool and top with cool whip or whipped cream.
