Directions:
Cook chicken pieces in stock pot filled 1/2 full of water, adding salt, pepper, onion & celery. After cooking 1-2 hours, remove chicken, saving water in pot & cool chicken till able to cut into bite size pieces. Return chicken to pot, add carrots & cook till all vegetables are tender. Add fine noodles about 1/2 hour before serving. May adjust flavor with chicken boullion, salt & pepper if desired.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I like to skim off "stuff" rising to the top of the water, after I remove the chicken from the pot to cool.
