Directions:
Put stew meat or beef roast into stock pot & fill pot 1/2 full of water, adding salt, pepper, onion & celery to pot also. If using beef roast, cook a couple of hours, then remove roast, saving water in pot & allow meat to cool until you are able to cut it into bite size peices. Return meat to water in pot, adding carrots, potatoes, cabbage, leftover vegetables & tomato juice. Continue to cook until all vegetables are soft. Flavor with salt & pepper to taste.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
If made a day ahead & allowed to cool in frig, you will be able to skim off any accumulated fat from the top of the soup.
