3/4 c water
3/4 c vinegar
1 1/2 c sugar
1/2 t salt
dash of pepper
1/4 t dry mustard
1 1/2 T cornstarch
2 eggs, beaten
1 T oleo

Boiled potatoes.

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water and vinegar to boil.

Mix in bowl, sugar, salt, pepper and mustard. Add cornstarch and 2 beaten eggs.

Slowly add hot mixture and 1 T oleo. Cook until thickens.

Use equal amounts of this dressing and Miracle Whip for potato salad.

Potatoe Salad:
Boil potatoes according to amount wanted. Cut into bowl, add small amounts of finely cut onions, plenty of celery. Pickle relish to suit taste.

Equal amounts to Miracle Whip and Potato Salad Dressing. Last add hard boiled eggs. Fold in potatoes.
