Beef stew meat
salt
flour
pepper
diced onion
celery
carrots
potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Buy 1 pkg stew meat or beef in flat pkg. Cut into 1 1 1/2" pieces - about one lb. Salt, flour and brown on all sides. Add 1 c water, diced onion, more celery. Cook with lid on about 1 hour. Add cut up carrots and potatoes and cook for one more hour. Be sure enough liquid is in mix.
