1 lb. fresh spinach
1/4 cup red onion, finely sliced
2 cups fresh strawberries, cleaned and hulled

Dressing:
1/2 cup oil
2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 tsp. strawberry preserves
Directions:
Directions:
Combine oil, vinegar and preserves, mixing well. Trim spinach of stems and toss with the red onion. Just before serving, add strawberries to spinach and onion. Pour dressing over salad at table.
