Beef Stroganoff-Slow Cooker Recipe

2 pounds beef stew meat
1 large onion, chopped
1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of onion soup
2 small cans mushrooms, sliced
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 package egg noodles
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
1 (8 oz) container sour cream

Mix beef, onion, soups, mushrooms, and pepper, in 4 quart slow cooker.
Cook and cover on low heat for 8-10 hours.
About 15 mins. before serving, cook and drain noodles as directed on package. Meanwhile, stir cream cheese into beef mixture until melted. Stir in sour cream.
Serve beef mixture over noodles. Sprinkle with parsley if wanted.
Serves 8
