4 cups riced potatoes (5-6)
1/3 cup farina
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. melted butter
2 eggs beaten
2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
MIx on floured board; riced potatoes, farina and salt. When mixed well add in butter & eggs, than add flour.
Roll into a log and cut into 3/4-1 inch sliced and make into a ball.
Boil water in large stock pot, add dumplings to water and cook until they float.
Serve with butter and cinnamon sugar.

Can add small plums to the middle of the dumplings and make plum dumplings.
