1 (1lb.) pkg. frozen sugar snap peas
1/2 cup peanuts or pine nuts
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Directions:
In 1 1/2 qt. microwave-safe casserole, combine sugar peas and 2 tbsp. water. Cover. Microwave on HIGH for 6 to 9 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring once halfway through cooking. Drain

Add peanuts, butter, honey and mustard; toss ge;n;tly to mix. Serve warm.
