1 whole onion, chopped small
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 Jalapeños, minced
1 tbsp. cilantro freshly diced
1/2c. olive oil
1/2c. lime juice
1/2c. Tequila (your desired brand)
2 tbsp. salt and pepper

1. Season meat/seafood pour over marinade in a baking dish.
2. Refrigerate overnight
3. Add dry spices to meat
4. Bring to room temperature
5. Grill on the barbecue to desired finish
