2 large burpless cucumbers, cut into 3/8 inch slices (24 slices)
1/2 cup Olive Tapenade
Italian parsley sprigs, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cucumber slices into star shapes or heart shapes, using cookie cutter, if desired.

Top each cucumber slice with 1 tsp. Olive GTapenade. Garnish with parsley.
