1 pt. small curd cottage cheede
1 box (3 oz.) lemon or orange jello
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 small can mandarin oranges, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle dry jello on cottage cheese. Stir until jello is dissolved. Stir in pineapple and mandarin organges, if desired. Fold in cool whip and chill.
