1/4 cup margarine
2 cups milk
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup half & half
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
2 cups diced cooked ham
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
1/3 cup grated Romano cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 cup sliced mushrooms

Melt margarine then add flour and stir until smooth. Add milk and half & half gradually. Add the remaining ingredients and cook slowly until thick. Serve over your favorite pasta.
