8 tablespoons Olive Oil

48 Peeled Pearl Onions

6 tablespoons Water

4 cups Peas

8 oz. Finely diced Prosciutto or Ham
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly brown the olive oil and onions in a large skillet. Cover and cook on low heat about 5 min until tender.

Put the water in a pot, and stir in the peas, prosciutto or ham, and the salt and pepper.

Cover and cook about 3-5 min
