Ingredients:  
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 large can fruit cocktail (do NOT drain)

TOPPING
2/3 c. brown sugar
2 T. butter
2/3 c. nutmeats

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the torte ingredients together and put in pan. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or till done.
Good served warm with whipped cream.
