3 TBS COCOA
2 CUPS SELF RISING FLOUR
2 CUPS SUGAR
1 EGG WELL BEATEN
1 TSP VANILLA
1/2 CUP SOUR CREAM

1 STICK BUTTER OR MARGARINE
3 TBS COCOA
6 TBS MILK
1 TSP VANILLA
1 LB BOX CONFECTIONERS SUGAR
1 CUP CHOPPED PECANS

COMBINE MARGARINE, WATER AND COCAO IN A PAN, BRING TO A BOIL. MIX FLOUR AND SUGAR TOGETHER. POR COCA MIXTURE OVER FLOUR AND SUGAR AND MIX WELL. ADD EGG,VANILLA AND SOUR CREAM AND MIX WELL. POUR INTO A GREASED 16X10 PAN AND BAKE AT 350º FOR 25 MINUTES,5 MINUTES BEFORE CAKE IS DONE, PREPARED ICING :
BRING MARGARINE MILK AND COCAO TO A BOIL. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND ADD VANILLA PECANS AND CONF. SUGAR.MIX WELL POUR OVER HOT CAKE AS SOON AS IT COMES OUT OF THE OVEN
