1 egg
3/4 C salad oil, 1/4 C lemon juice
Dash of cayenne
1 tsp. salt (I usually use a bit less)
1/2 tsp. coarse black pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 C Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
In blender: Beat 1 egg. Slowly add 3/4 c. salad oil
(drizzle in while beating).
Add remaining ingredients and blend.
Sprinkle salad with croûtons. May add sliced red
onions and/or avocado slices to salad.
I use extra Parmesan cheese sprinkled or grated on salad.
