2 cans Blue Lake green beans
1 red onion, sliced
1 T oil
1 T vinegar
salt
cracked pepper
1 c sour cream
1/2 c mayo
1 T prepared horse radish
1 t lemon juice
1/4 t dry mustard
1/4 t onion juice

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate beans in 1 whole sliced red onion, oil, vinegar, salt and cracked pepper for 1 hours. Drain.

Sauce: Combine sour cream, mayo, horse radish, lemon juice, dry mustard and onion juice.

Fold into green beans - refrigerate or serve fresh.
