1/2 c oleo (1 stick)
1/2 c sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c Grandma's molasses
2 c flour
1 t baking powder
1/2 t soda
1/2 t ginger
1/2 t cinnamon
3/4 c hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together oleo, sugar, slightly beaten eggs and molasses.

Sift flour, baking pwdr and soda. Gradually add to creamed mixture.

Add ginger, cinnamon and hot water.

Put in 13 x 9 " lightly greased glass dish and bake for 40 minutes at 350º.
