1 pt milk
1/2 c cornmeal
1/2 t baking powder
1 t salt
2 -3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk until almost boiling. Stir in cornmeal gradually - cook until mush like. Add baking powder, salt and egg yolks (beaten light). Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

Pour in greased baking dish. Cook at 350 for 30 minutes.
