1 loaf of bakery bread
2-3 cloves garlic chopped
1 1/2 tsp basil
2 Tbs capers
1/2-1 cup butter
Fresh Mozzarella slices
Directions:
Directions:
Cut bread 3/4th's of the way down. Mix all ingredients except mozzarella. Spread inbetween cuts and put mozzarella slices inbetween bread slices. Put the spread on top also. Wrap in foil and bake 350º
