Marinate:

1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/3 cup lime juice
1/3 cup onion
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. cumin

Also needed:
Flank Steak +/or chicken (2 lbs.)
sour cream
guacamole
red and green peppers
onions
tortillas
salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate meat, (steak or chicken) at least 2 hours. Remove meat from marinate. Put marinate in cooking pot. Cut green and red peppers and onions into strips. Stir fry till crisp tender. Barbecue meat, then cut into strips.

To serve: Layer a tortilla which has been warmed, with vegetables and meat. (I usually microwave tortillas to warm). Top with guacamole, sour cream and salsa.

Guacamole: 2 soft avocados, onion, lemon juice, chopped tomatoes, hot peppers.
Chop onion and peppers in blender. Add avocado and blend. Add lemon juice. Stir in chopped tomatoes.
