5 pounds pork loin roast or 2 pork tenderloins
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup dry sherry
1 teaspoon thyme
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. ground ginger
2 cloves minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate in plastic bag overnight. Discard marinade and bake at
350º degrees until meat thermometer reaches 160º. Slice thin
and serve with a prepared honey mustard sauce.

Note: also makes a wonderful marinade for pork tenderloins!
