1 cup crisco
1 container of dry cottage cheese (found at specialty grocery
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups flour
baking apples, peeled and sliced

Mix like pie crust and chill. Roll out and cut rounds with large
biscuit cutter. Put a piece of apple, sugar, and cinnamon on
round. Pinch after round has been folded over. Bake at 375
oven until golden and apple is tender. Ice with powdered sugar
