8 fresh chicken breast halves
8 slices uncooked bacon
4 oz. package of dried beef
1 can of cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 pint of sour cream

Grease a 9x13 pan. Line with 8 circles of dried beef slices.
On a
separate work surface, work chicken breasts so that they
resemble the roundness of a filet mignon and wrap a strip of
bacon around the circumference of each chicken breast and
secure with a toothpick. Then place on top of each dried beef

Combine soup and sour cream and mix until blended. Then
pour over chicken in pan.

Bake uncovered in a 275 oven for 3 1/2 hours.

Serve with rice. Absolutely delicious!
