Directions:
Beat 12 egg yolks well. Then beat egg whites separately. Add
yolks to whites and beat with 2-4 pounds of powdered sugar
with 1/4 tsp. cream of tarter, a pinch of ground cloves and a
pinch of allspice. Beat with electric mix master on slow
for 1 hour and 30 minutes till thick. Freeze until ready to use.
To serve, put 2-3 tbsp. of mix in a mug and fill 3/4 with boiling
water and add a jigger of rum.

Note: if not comfortable using raw eggs in this recipe --
substitute with pasteurized whole eggs.
