1 large can pitted bing cherries
3/4 cup currant jelly
1/2 cup brandy
slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Beat jelly in chafing dish. Add cherries that have been well
drained. Then simmer the two ingredients until well mixed. Add
1/2 cup brandy and ignite.

Note: heat liquor a little before you ignite ingredients.

Spoon over ice cream and cover with slivered almonds.
