1 lb frozen shrimp
1 stick butter or margarine
juice of one lemon
salt, pepper and garlic to taste
1/2 c chicken stock
1/3 c white wine
Wondra Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and heat lemon, chicken stock until lightly bubbling. Add frozen shrimp.

In separate bowl, mix equal parts melted butter and flour, slowly add to mix.

Slowly add wine until warm. Very good recipe. Serve over rice and with salad. Easy to make and quick prep if company is rather unannounced!
