4 bags instant rice
1 lb ground beef
1 can tomatoe sauce
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 onion chopped
1/4 cup bell pepper
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup mozzerella cheese
1 cup or more sharp chedder

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef with onion and bell pepper, add all other ingredients except rice simmer for 10 minutes. Cook rice according to package directions.
In a large casserole assemble in the following order
half of cooked rice
mozz cheese
half of meat mixture
remaining cooked rice
remaining meat mixture
top with chedder cheese
bake covered at 400
