6 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup shredded carrot
1/4 cup chopped green pepper (or red bell pepper, if available)
1 cup real mayonnaise
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tsp prepared mustard
1 tsp celery seed
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cabbage, carrot and pepper and chill well, covered.

Blend together mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, mustard and celery seed, adding 1/2 tsp salt. Gently toss vegetables with mayonnaise mix.
