4-6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
Bacon
onion salt
garlic salt
2 c. thick cream sauce (follow receipe on cornstarch box)
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
3 T. sherry
1 c. cooked, chopped spinach

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in a pan, brush with butter and season with onion and garlic salt and paprika. Place in 400º oven and cook for 15 min. Remove from oven and place slice of bacon on each piece of chicken; return to oven until bacon and chicken are done. Meanwhile, make 2 c. thick cream sauce; season to taste with salt/pepper. Blend in
1 c. cheddar cheese, 3 T. sherry, and 1 c. cooked, chopped spinach. To serve: Pour sauce over chicken. Optional: Sprinkle with grated parmesean cheese and brown under broiler.

On Sundays, our dad would cook all different kinds of recipes.This was one of my favorites and I make it on Christmas Eve. It is really easy as you can make the spinach-cheese sauce earlier in the day, and then only have to put the chicken in the oven and wait for it to get done.
