2 lbs hambuger 2 Pkgs Picsweet (or other brand) frozen vegetable gumbo 1 onion - chopped. 1 green bell pepper - chopped. 1 large can V-8 juice 1 16 oz can of Tomato sauce 1 can of beef broth. Seasoning salt 1 tsp. sugar --optional: add - mixed vegetables 1 can of tomatoes.
Brown meat, onion and pepper Drain grease put in a large pot with remaining ingredients- bring to a boil then simmer for one hour.
