4-6 slices stale bread
pinch salt
1/2 t. sugar
1 T. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve with little flour.
4 slices - need 2 eggs amd 12 c. milk
6 slices - need 2 eggs amd 3/4 c. milk

Soak bread in egg and milk mixture, change sides. Sprinkle with flour, sugar and salt mix. Cook in medium hot greased skillet. Brown on both sides. Serve with hot syrup.
